My Politic is a Folk/Alt-country Duo created by Kaston Guffey & Nick Pankey. The two of them grew up together in the Ozarks & have been performing as My Politic for over 15 years. Across 10 releases, their body of work consistently showcases engaging slice-of-life storytelling, expertly crafted characters, highly skilled acoustic instrumentation & sibling like harmonies.
My Politic’s most recent album “Missouri Folklore: Songs & Stories From Home” was released to critical acclaim & has quickly become a fan favorite. Recently, My Politic has been on the road opening for acts like Adeem The Artist & Margo Cilker and they made their Woody Guthrie Folk Festival debut in July of 2023.
