The Woodyfest House Band in its current form has been a festival staple since 2004. Prior to that the house band leader, Terry “Buffalo” Ware, was a “one man house band” from 1998-2004. Buffalo also hosts the Sunday Hoot for Huntington’s which closes out the festival each year. Along with Buffalo on guitar, the house band also includes Uncle Don Morris on bass, T.Z. Wright on keyboard & accordion, and Michael McCarty on drums & percussion. Not only will you see and hear these guys supporting other festival artists, but you can catch them each day for the inaugural “House Band Happy Hour” where they will not only perform their own originals, but will be inviting special guests to perform. These sets will be some not to miss!
